Shipping and handling
The shipment of your product is our highest priority, and every day we dispatch hundreds of products to satisfied customers across the world. However, since the majority of our warehouses are located internationally, our shipping and handling times may vary, and we are therefore unable to offer next-day delivery.
Processing time: As soon as we receive your payment, we immediately forward your order to our suppliers for verification, tailoring, quality checks, and packaging. This process may take an additional 1-4 days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to their destination, which typically takes 10-15 days. In some cases, due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, the shipping time may exceed 15 days.
Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to easily track your product directly from our website at any time (link to the tracking page). Please note that while most of our shipping partners provide tracking services, we cannot guarantee this in all cases.
